What is C2C trading verification code preferences?

In C2C trading, choose how often you're asked to verify your trades. Verification codes are sent via passkeys, email, SMS, or authentication app.

Verification is required in the following scenarios:

  • Sell crypto

  • Release crypto

  • Create/Edit/Active ad

  • Edit payment method

  • Edit C2C transaction time-base

Why do I need two-factor authentication (2FA) when selling or releasing crypto in C2C trading?

When selling or releasing crypto in C2C trading, you may be required to complete two-factor authentication (2FA). This security measure helps prevent unauthorized access to your account and prevents your crypto from being released by someone else, helping protect your account, assets, and C2C transactions.
