Campaign Rules

  1. Campaign period: 11 August, 2025 00:00 (UTC+8) - 28 December, 2025 23:59 (UTC+8)
  2. Enrolment eligibility:
    1. This campaign is open to new and existing eligible OKX merchants from Southeast Asia region (excluding Vietnam).
    2. Users must complete KYC2 identity verification to participate and claim the rewards in this campaign. Check your status <here>.
    3. New merchants who want to participate in the New Merchant category must register by clicking the "Join now" button on the landing page. Once successfully enrolled, the button will change to "Joined". Otherwise, your participation will be void.
    4. A new merchant refers to a user who has never completed a P2P transaction as a maker on the platform before joining the campaign.
    5. Merchants who want to join the Exclusive Partnership Merchant category must register by clicking the "Apply Now" button on this form. After submitting the form, our P2P team will review the application and contact the selected merchants.
    6. Participation in this activity is restricted to the main account only. Sub-accounts are not eligible to participate and the earnings of sub-accounts are not included in the calculation of the earnings of the main account.
  4. Reward conditions
    1. Only orders completed on the Buy USDT page (i.e., selling USDT to a user) will qualify for rewards.
    2. Trading volume refers to the total USDT sold to users during the campaign period.
    3. Unique users refer to individual users who buy USDT from the merchant.
    4. Reward calculations for the Exclusive Partnership Merchant category will be based on a bi-weekly cycle.
    5. Eligible P2P transactions are limited to only USDT cryptocurrency type.
    6. All displayed data on the page is not real-time data and will have a certain delay. If the page is not updated, please wait and refresh the page to view the updated data
    7. Deposits by internal transfers and P2P transactions made by share link or qr code will be excluded.
    8. Refer to the requirements above, and complete the corresponding task to get the corresponding reward.
    9. A merchant may only participate in one new merchant campaign at a time. If a merchant registers for multiple campaigns, only the latest registration will be considered for rewards.
    10. The maximum prize pool for both categories is 50,000 USDT. The rewards are available on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last and until fully distributed. If the total user rewards hit the maximum prize pool before the campaign end date, the campaign will end early and the final rewards will be calculated based on the user's campaign data.   6. Reward distribution method
    1. Each category in this campaign operates independently. Rewards are calculated separately for each task and cannot be combined or stacked
    2. Rewards for the New Merchant category will be distributed after task completion.
    3. Rewards for the Exclusive Partnership Merchant category will be distributed on a bi-weekly basis, based on the merchant’s performance in each round.
    4. The platform reserves the right to delay reward distribution at its sole discretion, for reasons including, but not limited to comprehensive risk control reviews or other operational considerations
    5. OKX has the discretion to convert any rewards into platform vouchers or USDT of equivalent value or less value. This may happen in cases where platform restrictions in certain jurisdictions cause participants to be ineligible for certain campaign rewards, where OKX is unable to procure the prizes for the participants, or in any case that OKX deems in its full discretion that it is necessary for the rewards to be converted.

Terms and Conditions

  1. By default, users who enter the campaign page and participate in this campaign have read and understood the Terms and Conditions of this campaign.
  2. Participation in this campaign is restricted to the main account only. Sub-accounts are not eligible to participate. The earnings of sub-accounts will not be included in the calculation of the earnings of the main account.
  3. Each user can only participate in one campaign at any one time. If a user participates in multiple campaigns, only the last campaign registered will be rewarded.
  4. Any and all applicable taxes and all fees and additional expenses, including connection, installation, and/or service costs, related to acceptance and use of the reward are the sole responsibility of the individual reward recipient.
  5. Users from the following countries or regions (subject to verification information) may not be eligible to participate in this campaign: please refer to clause 3 of OKX's risk and compliance disclosure.
  6. During the Campaign Period, OKX will closely track the behaviour of traders to avoid any form of cheating or abnormal behaviour, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts, using other people's accounts, using other people's information to register accounts, false KYC information, maliciously increasing trading data, engaging in laundering trades or wash trades, violating the terms and conditions of the campaign, violating local regulatory rules for transaction and any other activities related to illegal, fraudulent or harmful purposes. If any of the above acts are found, OKX reserves the right to disqualify the user from the prize.
  7. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, OKX reserves the right to exclude any participant from participating in this campaign without notice.
