To participate in this promotion, you need to complete your first purchase of 50 USDT or more on the P2P marketplace using these local currencies: NGN, KES, ZAR, XOF, XAF, GHS, UGX. You’ll also need to follow us on X to be eligible for the 10% rebate (maximum of 30 USDT) on your first qualified P2P order.

Each day of the campaign period, we’ll select 30 winners from those who fulfill the campaign requirement based on a "first come, first served" basis.

Terms and Conditions:

1. This campaign shall commence on December 19, 2023, 12:00 (UTC+1) - December 26, 2023, 12:00 (UTC+1)
2. Promotion A is applicable to all existing OKX users and new users signing up during the campaign who have never conducted trade on OKX P2P.
3. The local currency eligible for this campaign is NGN, KES, ZAR, XOF, XAF, GHS, UGX .
4. Only users who have completed identity verification will be eligible to participate in this campaign.
5. Only users who follow the official OKX Africa's X account will be eligible for Promotion A.
6. Promotion A is applicable to takers only:
   a. "Taker" is the user who buys or sells crypto by placing an order through existing advertisements on OKX P2P.
7. Promotion B is for existing OKX P2P Merchants only.
8. To participate in this campaign, users must click "Join now" on the landing page and complete all the relevant requirements. Users who fail to meet all the requirements will not be eligible to receive the rewards.
9. Each OKX account is eligible for one reward during the campaign, and sub-accounts are not eligible to participate in this campaign.
10. Rewards distribution for Promotion A:
    a. Only 210 users who meet all the requirements of this campaign will receive a 10% reward on their first purchase P2P order.
    b. Each promotional day starts at 12:00 (UTC+1) and ends at 11:59 (UTC+1)
    c. Each reward is capped at 30 USDT
    d. The rewards will be distributed in USDT
    e. Rewards will be distributed within 21 days after the campaign period ends
11. Rewards distribution for Promotion B:
    a. Only 3 merchants who traded with the highest number of unique counterparties during the campaign will be rewarded
    b. The rewards will be distributed in USDT
    c. Rewards will be distributed within 21 days after the campaign period ends
12. If any participant is found or deemed to be ineligible, prohibited or disqualified for this campaign for any reason, OKX reserves the right to confiscate, withdraw or withhold any prizes, rewards or gifts at any time, or to recover such rewards and/or deduct the value of the used portion of such rewards from the winner's OKX account in any currency in which the rewards have been paid and/or used.
13. OKX reserves the right to cancel the eligibility of any participant who engages in dishonest or abusive behavior in this activity, including but not limited to registering multiple accounts to obtain additional rewards, engaging in laundering trades, and any other activities related to illegal, fraudulent or harmful purposes. Serious cheating may result in your OKX membership status being downgraded, account frozen or termination of membership.
14. OKX has the discretion to convert any rewards into platform vouchers or USDT of equivalent value or less value. This may happen in cases where platform restrictions in certain jurisdictions cause participants to be ineligible for certain campaign rewards, where OKX is unable to procure the prizes for the participants, or in any case that OKX deems in its full discretion that it is necessary for the rewards to be converted.
15. OKX reserves the right to interpret the terms and conditions of this campaign in a manner it deems appropriate, and reserves the right to change or modify these terms and conditions at any time.
16. In case of any disputes, OKX reserves the right to final interpretations of all activities in this campaign.
