Over 41.7 million ETH have been staked, accounting for nearly one-third of the total supply, setting a new all-time high.
The price hasn't looked good recently, but more people are willing to lock up ETH for the long term.
I think this data is more worth paying attention to than short-term price fluctuations.
Because the story behind ETH is slowly changing now.
In the past, when people talked about ETH, it was mostly about public chains, DeFi, and NFT.
Now stablecoins, RWA, on-chain finance, institutional allocation, plus the staking system, are all redefining ETH's position.
Of course, staking hitting a new high doesn't mean the price will immediately react.
But during market downturns, I always like to watch this kind of data.
