혹시 기장 칠암의 명물 아나고(붕장어)회를 아시나요?
저는 고향인 부산에 내려가면 항상 챙겨 먹을 만큼 아나고회를 좋아합니다. 이에 이번에도 내려와서 실컷 먹었습니다. (너무 먹는 데 집중해서... 사진은 퍼 왔네요.)

아무튼 아나고회는 굉장히 부드럽고 폭신한 식감을 가지고 있는데, 그 이유가 피에 독성이 있어서 회를 얇게 썰어 물에 빡빡 씻은 뒤 탈수기에 돌리기 때문입니다.
그 덕분에 그 어느 생선도 따라올 수 없는 식감과 장어 특유의 기름짐이 만나 극상의 맛을 냅니다.
특히나 콩가루, 양배추, 초장을 넣고 비벼서 깻잎에 싸 먹는다?
첫 한입에 까끌한 깻잎의 텍스쳐가 느껴지고, 그 사이로 고소한 콩가루와 초장의 향이 퍼지면서 혀로는 폭신한 아나고가 기름기를 터트리며 입을 행복하게 해줍니다.
