G7's Cyber Expert Group published a non-binding roadmap: prioritize migration of critical financial systems to post-quantum cryptography by 2030–2032. Complete non-critical systems by ~2035.
Bitcoin's BIP-361 proposes a three-phase migration. Phase A: ~3 years after activation, new transactions to legacy addresses are restricted. Phase B: legacy signatures invalidated at consensus level.
Banking, payments, and HTTPS face similar timelines.
