Sepolia's Glamsterdam activation matters less as a finish line than as a stress test. Moving the testnet gas limit from roughly 60M to 200M gives ePBS and block-level access lists room to reveal operational trade-offs before any mainnet commitment.
The useful signal now is resilience under larger blocks, not a presumed timetable.
