OKX to support margin currency selection for isolated margin in futures mode

To enhance trading stability, OKX will upgrade isolated margin mode in futures mode. This upgrade will allow you to select either the base or quote currency as margin when placing orders, better aligning with your capital and risk preferences. After selecting your margin currency, remember to monitor and manage the risks of your positions accordingly.

Note that the upgrade will not affect your open positions and orders. For more background information, refer to the previous announcement.

Schedule

The upgrade will be carried out in batches starting from October 9, 2025 UTC+8.

Impact

Since the upgrade will not affect your open isolated margin positions and orders, you do not need to close or cancel them.
