New User Bonus program - Terms and Conditions

After registering with OKX, you will be eligible to receive the New User Bonus in the Reward center consisting of 2 mystery boxes, when you complete a set of simple tasks:

  • Account Verification Mystery Box: when you complete account verification within 7 days after signup
  • Deposit Mystery Box: when you buy or make a deposit with a minimum amount of 50 USDT (at one transaction) within 14 days after signup
    Note: buying or depositing cryptos via internal transfers, red packets, rewards, and purchases via P2P sharing order will not be counted.

Terms & Conditions:

  • Each Mystery Box might include crypto or rebate cards as rewards, and each Mystery Box must be opened within 30 days from receipt via OKX App or it will expire. Currently, Mystery Boxes can be viewed on both App and Web but can only be opened on App.
  • You can view your Mystery Boxes earned on Reward center > New user bonus, and view your rewards on Reward center > My rewards after opening Mystery Boxes.
  • Sub-accounts will not be eligible to participate in this program, or receive any rewards
  • Please note that the value of the rewards may fluctuate and may not be equal in value at the time a recipient has the ability to withdraw based on market fluctuation. Prices of digital assets, including stablecoins, can and do fluctuate at any moment. Due to such price fluctuations, you may increase or lose value in your assets at any given moment.
  • If there is any fraudulent behavior, such as fraudulent registration, buying or selling, or forging identity verification information, OKX will strictly review and control the situation, and reserves the right to cancel the participation eligibility and award rights of the related users.
  • OKX may delay the distribution of Mystery Boxes or Rewards due to system issues or other special circumstances. If you have not received the Mystery Boxes or Rewards within 48 hours after you complete the task, please contact customer service, and we will actively follow up on the situation.
  • OKX has the right to suspend, freeze, and/or seal user accounts and assets within the accounts according to applicable laws or OKX's terms of service.
  • OKX reserves the right to terminate the program at any time and to interpret or modify the terms and conditions of this program at any time without prior notice.
