THETA hard fork - deposits and withdrawals to be suspended

In order to support the hard fork of THETA at block height 17,790,756 (estimated to take place at 2:00 am UTC on Nov. 4), deposits and withdrawals of THETA will be suspended from 1:00 am UTC on Nov. 4 until the hard fork is complete.
To ensure the safety of your assets, you are advised not to deposit and withdraw your THETA during the upgrade.
Services will resume when the THETA hard fork is complete — please refer to further announcements for details on timing.
Please also note that no new tokens will be created in this hard fork.
