OKX Auto Earn is a value-added service that allows you to have your crypto automatically deposited into the OKX Simple Earn Flexible Program. You'll earn market-based interest on an hourly basis, and may withdraw their assets from Auto Earn at any time. The entire process is secured by our reliable risk management system so that you can earn profits while their assets are protected.

Use of assets

Crypto assets from Auto Earn will be used to facilitate the provision of our other services.

Subscription and redemption

By enabling Auto Earn, when the crypto you hold is eligible for Earn services, you agree to have the qualifying assets in your funding account automatically subscribed to the corresponding Earn products.

All users can enable Auto Earn. To receive the APY for specific crypto, you'll also need to complete identity verification.

How do I enable Auto Earn?

Simply toggle on Auto Earn to enable it. Once enabled, the following conditions must be met to enter the Auto Earn process. If these conditions are met, the system will automatically match your idle funds to the corresponding active Simple Earn Flexible products through Auto Earn:

  • The market APR for USDT must be 1% or higher in Simple Earn Flexible, while the APR for other eligible crypto should exceed 1%.

  • Crypto assets in your funding account must remain inactive for 24 hours or more, with no additions, including deposits, redemptions, crypto purchases, or rewards during that period.

You can enable Auto Earn via the following paths:

On the app

  1. Open the OKX app and select Assets > Earn

  2. In the banner above Explore products, swipe to find Auto Earn and tap it, then select Auto Earn again

  3. Select the crypto you want to enable. Alternatively, tap All crypto to enable Auto Earn for both your crypto and all other crypto available on OKX.

On the web

  1. On the OKX official website, select Assets > My assets at the top

  2. Select Grow at the top, then select Manage settings and select the assets you want to enable. Alternatively, toggle on Enable for all crypto to enable Auto Earn for both your crypto and all other crypto available on OKX.

Note: once Auto Earn is enabled, assets in your funding account will be automatically transferred into available Earn products. If no Earn products are currently available, your assets will remain in the Auto Earn program until you manually exit.

How do I redeem my assets after enabling Auto Earn?

You can redeem your assets at any time and the redemption will be processed immediately. After redemption, the assets can't re-enter the next Auto Earn cycle or generate returns until the cooling-off period has passed.

On the app

  1. Open the OKX app and select Assets > Earn

  2. On Est total value, select the arrow icon on the right

  3. Find the crypto you want to redeem and proceed with the redemption.

On the web

  1. On the OKX official website, select Assets > My assets at the top

  2. Select Grow at the top, select the crypto you want to redeem, and proceed with the redemption.

How do I disable Auto-Earn?

After disabling Auto-Earn, your assets will no longer be automatically subscribed to any Earn products. You can re-enable Auto-Earn at any time. Note that disabling Auto-Earn does not automatically redeem existing flexible Simple Earn subscriptions. To redeem your assets, follow the redemption steps above.

On the app

  1. Open the OKX app and select Assets > Earn

  2. In the banner above Explore products, swipe to find Auto Earn and tap it, then select Auto Earn again

  3. Toggle off All crypto > Turn off Auto Earn. Alternatively, toggle off a specific crypto and tap Turn off.

On the web

  1. On the OKX official website, select Assets > My assets at the top

  2. Select Grow at the top, toggle off Auto-earn > Disable. Alternatively, select Manage settings, toggle off a specific crypto, and select Disable.

We set APY based on borrowing demand every hour. By enabling Auto Earn, we'll automatically match the user with the current market APY.

Interest calculation and distribution

For you whose lending offers are successfully matched on the hour T, the hourly interest for the corresponding loan amount from T to T+1 will be distributed on the hour T+1.

Minimum balance requirement for interest generation

  • Crypto price ≥ 1,000 USDT: Balance of 0.0001 of token required

  • 100 USDT≤ Crypto price < 1,000 USDT: 0.001

  • 10 USDT≤ Crypto price < 100 USDT: 0.01

  • 1 USDT≤ Crypto price < 10 USDT: 0.1

  • Crypto price < 1 USDT: 1
