Neko TV-kun (NEO): It's transparent and seems a bit aloof. Among the Neko TV-kun, it's the most futuristic. It's very laid-back because it can see up to a hundred years into the future. Not well-liked among the other Neko TV-kun. It loves fizzy things. It's whimsical and apparently sometimes lets you watch future TV shows.
