OKX P2P is launching a promotion exclusively for first-time users based in LATAM markets. All you need to do is buy at least 30 USDT on the P2P marketplace in these local currencies (ARS, COP, PEN, MXN, VES, CLP) during the campaign period to enjoy a special 10% cashback reward.

How to participate:

• The first 250 users who meet all the requirements of this promotion will receive 10% cashback (maximum of 20 USDT) on their first P2P purchase

Terms and conditions:

1. The promotion starts on Nov 27, 2023 (11:00 UTC-5) and ends on Dec 11, 2023 (00:00 UTC-5)
2. This campaign is applicable to all existing OKX users and new users signing up during the campaign who have never conducted trade on OKX P2P and whose nationality or domicile is Colombia, Peru, Argentina, Venezuela, Mexico, and Chile.
3. In order to receive the rewards, users must pass or have previously passed OKX's identity verification. Check your status here.
4. Users must register by clicking the "Enroll" button on the landing page. Once a user successfully enrolls in the activity, the button will change to "Enrolled."
5. This campaign is for takers only.
6. "Taker" : a user who buys crypto using existing advertisements on the OKX P2P.
7. Only users who conduct their first purchase with a minimum amount of 30 USDT on OKX P2P during the promotion period will be eligible for this promotion.
8. Each OKX account can only participate in one event during the same time period. If a qualifying user registers for more than one event, they will only receive the reward for the last event they registered for. We recommend that users do not participate in more than one campaign in the same period.
9. Promotion is applicable for ARS, COP, PEN, MXN, VES, CLP currencies only.
10. Reward distribution:

• Rewards will be distributed in cashbacks.
  a). All fees and additional costs that may arise, including connection, installation and/or service costs, as well as any taxes that may be incurred in connection with the receipt and use of a reward, are the sole responsibility of the user receiving the reward.
  b). Rewards will be distributed within 21 business days after the promotion period ends.
  c). OKX reserves the right to disqualify users who engage in fraudulent or abusive activities during the event, including bulk account openings to earn more rewards and other activities related to illegal, fraudulent or harmful purposes.

11. If any participant is found or deemed to be ineligible, prohibited or disqualified for this activity for any reason, OKX reserves the right to confiscate, withdraw or withhold any prizes, rewards or gifts at any time, or to recover such rewards and/or deduct the value of the used portion of such rewards from the winner's OKX account in any currency in which the rewards have been paid and/or used.
12. Each OKX account shall be eligible to participate once in the promotion.
13. Sub-accounts will not be eligible to participate or receive any rewards.
14. OKX reserves the right to cancel the eligibility of any participant who engages in dishonest or abusive behavior in this activity, including but not limited to registering multiple accounts to obtain additional rewards, engaging in laundering trades, and any other activities related to illegal, fraudulent or harmful purposes. Serious cheating may result in your OKX membership status being downgraded, account frozen or termination of membership.
15. OKX reserves the right to interpret the terms and conditions of this promotion in a manner it deems appropriate, and reserves the right to change or modify these terms and conditions at any time.
