How do I deposit USD with international wire transfer as a UAE user?

International USD wire transfers are available for UAE users. To deposit USD via international wire. You'll need to initiate a transfer from your online banking using the account details provided on our app or website.

How do I make a cash deposit?

On the web

  1. Log in to your account at www.okx.com. Go to Assets and select Deposit

  2. Select Cash and USD to start a deposit

  3. Read the deposit instructions

    • It usually takes a few seconds (or up to 2 hours max) to generate your deposit account details

    • You will receive an email and in-app notification once the deposit instructions are ready

  4. Initiate the deposit

    1. Use your banking app or online banking to transfer funds to the recipient bank account shown in the deposit instructions

    2. This is a unique bank account number assigned to you. Any funds sent to this account will be credited to your OKX account

    3. You can only deposit USD. Deposits made in other currencies will be automatically refunded. If you'd like to deposit AED, please refer to this guide: How do I deposit AED with bank transfer?

    4. Make sure in your deposit transfer, the beneficiary name is "OKX MIDDLE EAST FINTECH FZE"
