Campaign Terms & Conditions

The promoter of this Stack It Up: USDT campaign ("Campaign") is OKX Australia Pty Ltd ("OKX", "we", "us").
Campaign Period: 24 April 2025 17:00 AEDT - 12 June 2025 23:59 AEDT(or when the Total Available Rewards are exhausted, whichever is earlier).
How to participate: During the Campaign Period, new OKX users must create an account, complete ID verification and complete the following tasks (in order):
1. Join the campaign: Click the "Join now" button to join the campaign. Users must complete this step before any trading activity will count toward rewards.
2. Deposit and trade: Deposit at least $300, and trade at least $300 worth of any crypto during the Campaign Period to receive 20 USDT.
Trades can be made in Exchange Mode or Simple Mode.
Trades made will only count towards campaigns in which the user is enrolled, provided that such trades are eligible for that specific campaign.
Participants must complete the above tasks during the Campaign Period to be eligible for the reward.
Reward calculation and distribution:
1. Total Available Rewards for this campaign is 12,500 USDT.
2. Eligible participants will receive 20 USDT credited to their OKX account.
3. Rewards will automatically be credited to users' OKX accounts upon completion of the required tasks, provided the Total Available Rewards has not been reached. In the event of technical issues or system limitations, there may be a delay in the crediting of rewards. OKX reserves the right to postpone the issuance of rewards at its discretion as required, provided reasonable notice is given to users who are eligible for the rewards.
4. This Campaign is limited to one reward per eligible user.
User eligibility
1. This Campaign is open to new users of OKX Australia Pty Ltd that successfully open an account with OKX during the Campaign Period. Existing users and users of other OKX entities are excluded. Sub-accounts are also excluded.
2. Users must have completed KYC identity verification to participate and claim the rewards in this Campaign. Check your status here.
3. Employees, contractors, and affiliates of OKX are not eligible to participate in this campaign.

General Terms

Users who participate in this Campaign acknowledge that they have read, understood and agreed to the Terms and Conditions of this Campaign.
These Terms & Conditions form part of the OKX Terms of Service - Australia. If you do not comply with the OKX Terms of Service - Australia at any time, you will not be eligible to participate in the Campaign.
We reserve the right to amend, extend, or terminate the Campaign at any time. In the event of termination or material amendments that are adverse to users, we will provide 3 business days’ notice by sending an email to users who have joined the Campaign and removing or updating the Campaign details from our webpage. During this notice period, participants may continue to complete tasks and will remain eligible for rewards as per the terms in place at the time of task completion. Any tasks completed before or during the notice period will remain eligible for reward(s) under the terms applicable at the time.

During the campaign period, OKX will monitor the behaviour of traders to avoid any form of cheating or abnormal behaviour, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts, using other people's accounts, using other people's information to register accounts, false KYC information, maliciously increasing trading data, engaging in laundering trades or wash trades, violating the terms and conditions of the campaign, violating local regulatory rules for transaction and any other campaigns related to illegal, fraudulent or harmful purposes, etc. If any of the above acts are deemed to be discovered by OKX, OKX reserves the right to disqualify the user from the reward.
