“Just this once.”
Just this once I'll chase.
Just this once I'll move the stop.
Just this once I'll double the position.
Just this once I'll ignore the plan.
I've said all of them.
And the problem is rarely the first time.
It's how quickly “once” becomes a habit.
These days, I pay more attention to the small decisions.
Because that's where trading discipline is actually built.
