How do I make a withdrawal? (app)

There are 2 withdrawal methods on OKX:

• On-chain withdrawal: Transfer crypto via network to a wallet or an exchange.
• Internal transfer: Transfer crypto instantly with zero fees to OKX users.

Getting started

Open your OKX app, go to Assets and select Withdraw

On-chain withdrawal

1. Select crypto to withdraw and on-chain withdrawal method
   Select the crypto that you want to withdraw on the Withdrawal page
   Select the on-chain withdrawal method
2. Complete the withdrawal details below and select Next
   • Fill in Address/domain
     Note: you can enable whitelist mode to protect your assets
   • Select the withdrawal network from available options
     Note: normally the system will automatically match the network for the selected address; if there are multiple networks available, you need to ensure the withdrawal network selected is the same as the deposit network in other exchanges or wallets to avoid any losses
   • Amount
     Note: the withdrawal amount should be more than the minimum amount but can't exceed the limit based on your verification level.
   • Select the withdrawal account from available options
     Note: available in Funding or Trading account options; if funding account is insufficient, the remaining amount will be withdrawn from your trading account
   • Fees
     Note: the network fee can vary between networks and is determined by blockchain
     Fill in withdrawal details on the on-chain withdrawal page
3. Complete the 2FA verification and select Confirm, your withdrawal order will be submitted

Note: some cryptos (E.g. XRP) may require tags to complete the withdrawal, which is usually a sequence of numbers. It's necessary to fill in both the withdrawal address and the tag, otherwise, the withdrawal will be lost.

Internal transfer

1. Select crypto to withdraw and internal (free) withdrawal method
   Select the crypto that you want to withdraw on the Withdrawal page
   Select the internal withdrawal method
2. Complete the withdrawal details and select Next
   • Select address type and account info (Phone number / Email / Sub-account / UID)
     Note: you can enable whitelist mode to protect your assets
     Select address type for internal transfer
   • Amount
     Note: the withdrawal amount should be more than the minimum amount but can't exceed the limit based on your verification level.
   • Select the withdrawal account from available options
     Note: available in Funding or Trading account options; if funding account is insufficient, the remaining amount will be withdrawn from your trading account
     Fill in withdrawal details on the internal withdrawal page

Note: the withdrawal recipient needs to be a verified user, learn more on how you can be verified here.

3. Complete the 2FA verification and select Confirm, your withdrawal order will be submitted

Note: if you changed your mind, you can cancel the request within 1 minute and no fees will be charged.
