If the Pudgy Penguins team pulls off No. 4, then it will put to rest all the misguided “how does having plushies in Walmart help the floor price?” questions. If the company is going public and penguin holders get to invest early at essentially discounted prices, then it’s in the holders’ interest to proliferate the penguins as much as possible, whether through toys, trading card games, cartoon series or movies, clothing, etc. Making the brand as big and loved as possible means a higher valuation of the company before it goes public, which helps both the holders and the team win and also incentivizes the holders not to sell their penguins because they can win through other means.

Predictions for Pudgy Penguins in 2025 and 2026 below. Not based upon any intel, just seems logical.
1. Abstract TGE date announced at December 2025 Miami Art Basel Pudgy Penguins event. Penguin asset holders will unsurprisingly be granted special status in any allocation.
2. Abstract TGE likely in Q1 2026, team won’t want to push too long but needs more time for better market conditions and increase hype for Abstract after other big projects TGE in Q4 2025 and suck up attention (Monad, Lighter, others).
3. Penguins team will make a huge announcement only AFTER Abstract TGE. This announcement post-Abstract TGE will cause people who sold their penguin assets to buy back at higher prices.
4. The big announcement in 2026 will be that the Igloo Company is going public. The prices of Penguin assets will skyrocket because the team will allow penguin holders to buy into the IPO and become true shareholders of the company. Something that Luca has always expressed interest in, but where regulatory uncertainty delayed this. This will be a game changer that will accomplish the goals of both making Pudgy Penguins the face of crypto while also allowing its holders to have a kingmaker trade (and without diluting any of the existing penguins collections). The Pengu ETF that will be approved helped as a first step to the company eventually going public and developing the right connections to make the next logical steps possible.
