Campaign participation requirements:

1. The promotion starts on August 23, 2024, 00:00 UTC+8 and ends on December 31 2024, 23:59 UTC+8
2. This campaign is only available for iOS phone users who have downloaded the OKX app via this page. It is applied to new OKX users who have not registered on the platform before.
3. Reward comes in the form of Contract Vouchers.
4. You must click the "Download Now" button, sign up with the designated default referral code 'ACE526915', and complete OKX's account verification (KYC) within 7 days after sign up. Otherwise, your participation of this campaign will be void.
5. According to local laws and regulations, users from the following countries or regions (subject to verification information) are not eligible to participate in this campaign: please refer to clause 2.2 of OKX's Terms of Use.
6. The 'Crypto Reward' may contain digital tokens or rebate cards as rewards of up to 50 USDT in value at the time of issuance, and each Crypto Reward must be opened within 30 days from receipt via OKX App or it will expire. Currently, Crypto Rewards can be viewed on both app and web but can only be opened on app.
7. You can view your Crypto Rewards earned in My rewards after opening Crypto Rewards.
8. Sub-accounts will not be eligible to participate in this program, or receive any rewards.
9. Please note that the value of the rewards may fluctuate and may not be equal in value at the time a recipient has the ability to withdraw based on market fluctuation. Prices of digital assets, including stablecoins, can and do fluctuate at any moment. Due to such price fluctuations, you may increase or lose value in your assets at any given moment.
10. If there is any fraudulent behavior, such as fraudulent registration, buying or selling, or forging identity verification information, OKX will strictly review and control the situation, and reserves the right to cancel the participation eligibility and award rights of the related users.
11. OKX may delay the distribution of Rewards due to system issues or other special circumstances. If you have not received the Rewards within 48 hours after you complete the task, please contact customer service, and we will actively follow up on the situation.
12. OKX has the right to suspend, freeze, and/or seal user accounts and assets within the accounts according to applicable laws or OKX's terms of service.
13. OKX reserves the right to terminate the program at any time and to interpret or modify the terms and conditions of this program at any time without prior notice.

1. By default, users who enter the campaign page and participate in this campaign have read and understood the Terms and Conditions of this campaign.
2. Participation in this campaign is restricted to the main account only. Sub-accounts are not eligible to participate. The earnings of sub-accounts will not be included in the calculation of the earnings of the main account.
3. Each user can only participate in one campaign at any one time. If a user participates in multiple campaigns, only the last campaign registered will be rewarded.

6. Any and all applicable taxes and all fees and additional expenses, including connection, installation, and/or service costs, related to acceptance and use of the reward are the sole responsibility of the individual reward recipient.
7. During the campaign period, OKX will closely track the behaviour of traders to avoid any form of cheating or abnormal behaviour, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts, using other people's accounts, using other people's information to register accounts, false identity verification information, maliciously increasing trading data, engaging in laundering trades or wash trades, violating the terms and conditions of the campaign, violating local regulatory rules for transaction and any other campaigns related to illegal, fraudulent or harmful purposes. If any of the above acts are deemed to be discovered by OKX, OKX reserves the right to disqualify the user from the prize.
8. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, OKX reserves the right to exclude any participant from participating in this campaign without notice.

OKX reserves the right to determine and amend the rules of the campaign at any time without further notice, including but not limited to cancelling, extending or terminating this campaign, modifying the eligibility conditions for users participating in the campaign, and adjusting the campaign and Reward rules. All participants shall be bound by these revised terms.
