Settings Update Effective at 5:30, Nov 1, 2018 (CET): Please note that the changing of your margin mode settings for futures trading will only affect the particular trading pair.
Also, if you are not using our latest version of mobile app, please update as soon as possible after receiving our notifications, so as to avoid any interruptions during use.
After the update, if a user switch the margin mode or the auto-margin setting, either on our desktop or mobile app client, the changes will only apply to the particular trading pair.
For example: If he/she switches the margin mode from cross to fixed under the BTC futures contract page, the settings will only affect the BTC contracts, the margin modes and auto-margin settings of all other contracts will remain as cross.
And if he/she switches the margin mode from cross to fixed under the BTC and ETH futures contract page, and enables auto-margin only under the BTC futures contract page, auto-margin will only applies to BTC contract.
By providing our customers a better variety of trading options, we hope that we can offer a better experience for everyone to optimize their strategy.
