Participation Conditions

• Users must register by clicking the "Join Now" button on the campaign page and ensure the button changes to "Registered" to be considered a valid participant. Otherwise, participation will not be valid.
• This campaign is exclusively for OKX users in Vietnam who completed their sign-up between 23:00 on 31/03/2024 and 23:00 on 31/12/2024, and have made trades in the past 90 days.
• Only main accounts are eligible to participate. Sub-accounts do not qualify, and profits from sub-accounts will not be counted toward the main account.
• Participants must complete identity verification to participate and receive rewards. Check your verification status here.

Definition of Valid Deposit

• Transactions using rewards or other promotions from OKX will not be counted toward the campaign, including but not limited to: cashback cards, contract vouchers, USDC fee-free transactions, etc.
• Only the BTC/ETH/SOL/PI/TRUMP trading pairs will count toward the campaign.
• There are no restrictions on the number of valid transactions in terms of currency pairs and types of trades.

1. Reward Eligibility Requirements

• The total prize pool is limited. Rewards will be distributed during the campaign period on a first-come, first-served basis.
• All data displayed on the page is not real-time and may be delayed. If the page is not updated, please wait a moment and refresh the page to view the latest data.

2. Reward Overview

• Each participant in the campaign can receive up to 10 USDT and 75 USDT Trading Bonus.
• Rewards will be distributed within 30 days after the campaign ends. OKX reserves the right to delay reward distribution if necessary, such as in cases of large-scale risk control or other issues.
• The Trading Bonus is valid for 30 days from the date of receipt. Please refer to the Trading Bonus usage rules for more details.
• Any costs incurred for setup, services, or taxes related to receiving and using the rewards will be the responsibility of the recipient.
• OKX reserves the right to convert rewards into vouchers on the platform or equivalent or lower-value USDT. This may happen in cases such as participants in certain restricted regions, OKX unable to provide the promised rewards, or other situations where OKX deems it necessary to convert the rewards.
• OKX has the right to disqualify users from the event if fraudulent behavior or abuse is detected, including creating multiple accounts to receive additional rewards or participating in activities that violate laws, involve fraud, or cause other harm.

1. By default, users who enter the campaign page and participate in this campaign have read and understood the Terms and Conditions of this campaign.
2. Participation in this campaign is restricted to the main account only. Sub-accounts are not eligible to participate. The earnings of sub-accounts will not be included in the calculation of the earnings of the main account.
3. Each user can only participate in one campaign at any one time. If a user participates in multiple campaigns, only the last campaign registered will be rewarded.
4. Any and all applicable taxes and all fees and additional expenses, including connection, installation, and/or service costs, related to acceptance and use of the reward are the sole responsibility of the individual reward recipient.
5. Users from the following countries or regions (subject to verification information) may not be eligible to participate in this campaign: please refer to clause 3 of OKX's risk and compliance disclosure.
6. During the campaign period, OKX will closely track the behaviour of traders to avoid any form of cheating or abnormal behaviour, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts, using other people's accounts, using other people's information to register accounts, false KYC information, maliciously increasing trading data, engaging in laundering trades or wash trades, violating the terms and conditions of the campaign, violating local regulatory rules for transaction and any other activities related to illegal, fraudulent or harmful purposes. If any of the above acts are found, OKX reserves the right to disqualify the user from the prize.
7. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, OKX reserves the right to exclude any participant from participating in this campaign without notice.

Where OKX exercises any discretion under these terms, it shall do so in a reasonable manner.
