Good Morning token is a memecoin inspired by the popular Crypto Twitter greeting. Like when used by industry participants, the phrase is shortened to give the ERC-20 token the ticker symbol GM. The token was reportedly developed as an homage to Solana cofounder, Raj Gokal, who received a temporary ban from Twitter following an outburst in defense of the "good morning" meme. According to its documentation, GM launched fairly with no presale or team allocation. Half of the 2 trillion tokens were burned immediately after going live on the Ethereum network, and the remaining 50% was locked as liquidity on the Uniswap decentralized exchange. An anonymous team founded GM in mid-November 2021.
