$CL 油又涨了，布油现在106美元附近。
中东最近其实已经恢复不少原油出口了，但运输还没完全正常，很多还是靠船对船转运。
霍尔木兹的问题也还在。
美伊虽然重新开始谈了，目前也没什么实质进展。
所以现在的情况就是，油能运出来了，但还远没到恢复正常的时候。
油价暂时也就一直挂在100美元上面。
