凌晨FOMC基准是加息25bp（概率约90%—95%），目标区间料从3.50%—3.75%升至3.75%—4.00%；真正决定币圈方向的是点阵图和沃什发布会，不是“加不加”。
若声明偏鹰、点阵继续上移、年内还要加，10年美债守5%上方+美元走强，BTC承压、7.5万再测，破位看7.3万/7.15万，ETH弱于大饼、山寨先杀；若“加息落地+暗示仅一次”，预期差出清，可走利空出尽反弹，BTC回攻7.68万—7.79万再定强弱。
操作：决议前不重仓抄底，等2点声明+2:30发布会，偏鹰只做反抽空，偏鸽才小仓接不追高。
