监管又拖了。
SEC直接取消Crypto规则投票会，CLARITY继续等9月。
结果另一边：
特朗普家族的World Liberty，银行牌照倒先拿到有条件批准了。
USD1以后准备自己发、自己托管。
BTC还在63K装死。
我现在不太想听“美国全面拥抱Crypto”。
我更想问：
规则到底是在开放，还是谁先拿到牌照谁先吃红利？
