OKX Card cashback program

What cashback do I earn on an ongoing basis?

You must be an Accredited Investor to receive the Card cashback. Cashback rates and caps vary by VIP tier

Cashback is earned only on USDG purchases made with your OKX Card and will be credited in USDG to your Pay account. Please ensure your card is funded with USDG to qualify.

How is the cashback cap calculated ?

The cashback cap is calculated on a calendar-month basis. Once you reach the monthly cashback cap, you’ll stop earning cashback for the rest of that month. The cap resets at the start of each new calendar month.

Which purchases are eligible for cashback?

Most purchases made using your OKX Card and paid in USDG are eligible for cashback, subject to the exclusions below.The following transactions are not eligible for cashback rewards:

• Reversed or unsuccessful transactions, including cancelled, refunded, disputed, chargeback, or otherwise unposted transactions

• Top-ups and money transfers, including purchases of credits for prepaid cards, stored-value cards, and e-wallets (e.g. GrabPay, ShopeePay, EZ-Link, TransitLink, NETS FlashPay, YouTrip, and similar services)

• Government-related payments, such as taxes, fines, court fees, bail, and bond payments

• Insurance premium payments

• Payments to educational institutions

• AXS transactions

• ATM withdrawals and quasi-cash transactions

• Transactions with restricted merchant categories (MCCs). Please refer to Exhibit 1 of the Additional Card Services Terms for the full list of excluded Merchant Category Codes

• Transactions processed through certain payment intermediaries or financial service providers, including (but not limited to) AXS, EZ-Link, NETS FlashPay, PayPal (when used for financial trading or funding services), OANDA, PLUS500, Skrill, Transit, iPayMy, CardUp, RazerPay, and similar services.

• Any other transactions designated by OKX SG and StraitsX as ineligible for cashback from time to time.

What form of cashback do I receive, and when will I get it?

The cashback reward is first calculated in local currency (e.g. USD), then converted to USDG for payout into your Pay account. Both amounts must reach at least 0.01 — if either falls below 0.01, no cashback will be issued for that transaction.

Once a purchase settles (as triggered by the merchant), you’ll receive your cashback within 24 hours.

Note: if a purchase that earned cashback is later refunded, the associated cashback reward will be clawed back from your Pay account.

Can cashback stack with promotional cashback?

No. Cashback rewards don't stack. If a promotion is active, the promotional cashback applies instead of core cashback.
