Flows are recovering faster than diplomacy is resolving the underlying constraints. Kpler estimates Hormuz crude flows at roughly 14M bpd, about 82% of prior levels, even as blockade and sanctions questions remain open.
That can temper immediate supply anxiety, but it does not make the route secure. Brent's retreat after its $111 intraday peak looks tentative while talks stay indirect.
