  3. Enrollment eligibility:

    3. Users must register by clicking the "Join now" button on the landing page. Once a user successfully enrolls in the activity, the button will change to "Joined". Otherwise, users will not be considered to have signed up for the event. Otherwise, your participation will be void.
    4. Participation in this activity is restricted to the main account only. Sub-accounts are not eligible to participate and the earnings of sub-accounts are not included in the calculation of the earnings of the main account.
    5. Users participating in OKX Affiliate Program are excluded from this campaign and are not eligible for rewards.
  5. The total reward pool for this activity is 150,000 USDT available on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last. The campaign will end early if all rewards are distributed before the actual campaign end date. However, OKX reserves the right to change the rate used for rewards calculation.
  6. OKX has the discretion to convert any rewards into platform vouchers or USDT of equivalent value or less value. This may happen in any case that OKX deems in its full discretion that it is necessary for the rewards to be converted.
  7. Any and all applicable taxes and all fees and additional expenses, including connection, installation, and/or service costs, related to acceptance and use of the reward are the sole responsibility of the individual reward recipient.
  8. Rewards to referees will be distributed within 30 working days after the end of the promotion.
  9. Rewards to referrals will be distributed instantly upon successful task completion.

  11. Trading volume calculation
    1. Eligible trading volume is calculated based on trading volume generated strictly from eligible user’s own funds, excluding the use of platform rewards such as rebate card, contract voucher, etc.
    2. Trading volume generated on bot, copytrading, spot and derivatives are considered.
    3. Trading volume from other platform benefits, including but not limited to USDC fee waiver trades, will not be counted for this activity.
  13. Valid deposit definition
    1. Invited friends must make a cumulative deposit of min. 50 USDT within 14 days of registration.
    2. Eligible deposits include the following:
      1. Crypto Deposit via external wallet transfer and Buy Crypto via Fiat gateway, P2P transactions with merchants or credit card.
      2. Deposits by internal transfers and transactions with individual P2P sellers will be excluded.
      3. Eligible deposits aren't limited to cryptocurrency types and will be converted to USDT prices based on the closing price on the deposit date.
  15. Referral Program & associated rewards
    1. "Referrer" is an OKX user who invites their friends to sign up with OKX, using the Referrer's referral link or code under this campaign.
    2. Rewards for a "Referrer"
      1. 10 USDT in a trading bonus for each qualified Referral. The more qualified friends - the more rewards. While the prize pool lasts.
    4. "Qualified Referral" is a new OKX user who completes the following:
      1. signs up using a Referrer's referral link or code;
      2. makes a cumulative deposit of 50 USDT within 14 days after registration date;
      3. makes their first trade and accumulates a trading volume of 50 USDT within 14 days after registration date.
