OKX x DuckCoop: 3,000 USDT and $DUCKS Rewards Exclusive for DuckCoop Community

Campaign participation requirements:

1. The promotion starts on October 23 2024, 12:00 UTC until November 23 2024, 11:59 UTC
2. This campaign is only available for DuckCoop Community invitees. DuckCoop Community invitees are users who have registered using DuckCoop's registration link or entered Grand Combat's invitation code when registering.
3. You must select the "Join now" button and receive a message that you have successfully joined to be considered a valid participant of the event. Otherwise, your participation will be void.
4. Users who registered on OKX with the DuckCoop reference link during the event period will be entitled to receive the reward of the corresponding tasks described above. The prize pool is limited and will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
5. Participants must complete KYC advanced identity verification to participate and claim the rewards in this campaign. Check your status <here>.
6. Eligible deposits include the following: Crypto Deposit via external wallet transfer and Buy Crypto via Fiat gateway, credit card, or P2P transactions by P2P Express or P2P Marketplace.
   Deposits by internal transfers and P2P transactions made by share link or qr code will be excluded.
   Eligible deposits aren't limited to cryptocurrency types and will be converted to USDT prices based on the closing price on the deposit date.
7. Participants must have a net deposit of at least 50 USDT until the end of the campaign. (Net deposit = eligible deposit – withdrawal)

9. 1. Trades that generate no fees will not be counted as valid trades for this campaign.
   2. There are no restrictions on the amount of valid trades in terms of currency pairs and transaction types.
   3. Trading volume includes both Derivative trading and Spot trading volume during the activity period.
10. Sub-accounts will not be eligible to participate or receive any rewards.

Reward description:

1. The rewards will be distributed in the form of trading bonus and USDT directly to the user's Spot account.
2. The maximum prize pool amount for this campaign is 3,000 USDT. If the total user rewards hit the maximum prize pool before the campaign end date, the campaign will end early and the final rewards will be calculated based on the user's campaign data.
3. The trading bonus has to be activated within 30 days, and is valid for 30 days after activation. For rules and more information, see here.
4. Rewards will be distributed within 30 working days after the user has successfully qualified for the reward. The platform has the right to postpone the issuance of rewards for any reason it deems necessary in its discretion, such as large-scale risk control checks and other issues.
5. Please note that OKX is not responsible for the distribution of any rewards by third parties, such as DUCKS.

1. By default, users who enter the campaign page and participate in this campaign have read and understood the Terms and Conditions of this campaign.
2. Participation in this campaign is restricted to the main account only. Sub-accounts are not eligible to participate. The earnings of sub-accounts will not be included in the calculation of the earnings of the main account.
3. Each user can only participate in one campaign at any one time. If a user participates in multiple campaigns, only the last campaign registered will be rewarded.
4. Any and all applicable taxes and all fees and additional expenses, including connection, installation, and/or service costs, related to acceptance and use of the reward are the sole responsibility of the individual reward recipient.
5. Users from the following countries or regions (subject to verification information) may not be eligible to participate in this campaign: please refer to clause 2.2 of OKX's Terms of Service.
6. During the campaign period, OKX will closely track the behaviour of traders to avoid any form of cheating or abnormal behaviour, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts, using other people's accounts, using other people's information to register accounts, false KYC information, maliciously increasing trading data, engaging in laundering trades or wash trades, violating the terms and conditions of the campaign, violating local regulatory rules for transaction and any other campaigns related to illegal, fraudulent or harmful purposes. If any of the above acts are deemed to be discovered by OKX, OKX reserves the right to disqualify the user from the reward.
7. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, OKX reserves the right to exclude any participant from participating in this campaign without notice.
