OKX Will Support the Boba Token (BOBA) Airdrop Program for OMG Network (OMG) Holders

OKX will support the Boba Token (BOBA) Airdrop Program for OMG Network (OMG) holders. The snapshot for the airdrop will take place at the first Ethereum (L1) block with a timestamp greater than or equal to 2021-11-12 00:00 (UTC). OKX will take a snapshot of OMG tokens held by OKX users at the above time, and will distribute BOBA tokens at a ratio of 1 OMG = 1 BOBA.

Snapshot Time：

• The snapshot for the airdrop will take place at the first Ethereum (L1) block with a timestamp greater than or equal to 2021-11-12 00:00 (UTC). The snapshot time is expected to last 15 minutes. Due to the fluctuation of the market, please avoid transferring funds, trading or any other actions during the snapshot, your account OMG equity is subject to the snapshot. A further anncouncement will be given after the snapshot ends.

Snapshot scope: Trading account (Unified account), Classic account (Spot, Margin), Funding account, Finance module.

Rules

• When the snapshot is taken, please be sure to deposit and withdraw in advance. It will not be included in the snapshots if OMG is in the middle of processing withdrawal or deposit.

• In order to be eligible to receive the BOBA airdrop, the minimum amount of OMG held in each user’s OKX account must be at least 0.1 OMG (excluding those in pending trade orders).

• If the user borrows OMG in the margin platform, even if it is transferred to the spot account, OKX will not count this part of the position.
• If you have any outstanding OMG loan over the snapshot time (including negative OMG equity on unified accounts), you will have to repay the airdropped $BOBA. If you fail to repay the $BOBA generated by the outstanding OMG, we would limit your transfers and withdrawals,and deduct your asset equivalent to US dollars (calculation: It will be calculated by our realtime price of $BOBA on OKX if we list it, otherwise we would take the fair price as reference according to the market if we do not list $BOBA). Your account might subsequently be locked if your negative balance is too big. If you don’t want to deal with the extra $BOBA repayment, please repay your loan ahead of the snapshot.

Suspended for Deposit and Withdrawls

• Deposits and withdrawals for OMG tokens will be tentatively closed at approximately 2021-11-11 10:00 (UTC).

About perpetual contract trading:

If the OMG perpetual contract price deviates significantly, the platform will adjust the price limit rules and funding rate rules of perpetual contracts according to the market situation, and will not announce separately.

About Listing：

• For the trading and listing of BOBA on OKX, BOBA will go through the same strict listing review process as OKX does for any other coin/token. Supporting this airdrop does not guarantee the listing of BOBA. OKX does not guarantee any listings as per its internal policy.

Airdrop：

• OKX will distribute the BOBA tokens after the project has completed the BOBA token distribution to OKX. We will post a further announcement once the distribution to OKX users is completed.
