Today was another Inner Igloo Sunday where Luca brought Pudgy Penguins and $PENGU holders up to speed on the latest happening in the Penguin ecosystem and took questions from community members. If you missed out here are the notes.
Exchange “Net-Casting” Strategy:
Luca’s doubling down on niche $PENGU listings, think @WebullGlobal and @RevolutApp (Robinhood of Europe). Every incremental $10K net buy on these venues builds broader distribution and long-term adoption.
Telegram Game Success:
The new Telegram game, Pengu Clash, blew past Luca’s KPIs in days 1–2, hitting well over 5K DAU and $50K in monthly revenues, thresholds he said would qualify as a “failure” if unmet.
Next up: Pengu Clash desktop on Abstract for broader reach.
Toys & Collectibles Overhaul:
The team is overhauling the entire toy line to match top-tier quality. Now partnered with top-tier manufacturers to produce:
• Blind-box figurines at $14.99
• Premium clip-ons for retail revamp in 2026
• Asia-focused blind-box launches in Q4 2025

Gaming Roadmap: Pudgy Party:
Built by Mythical, this first title is now open for pre-registration with a late August expected launch. Designed for hundreds of hours of engagement and cross-promotion across crypto channels.
Pudgy World “Metaverse”:
Beta live in select regions. Luca’s clear: “If it ships without an evergreen core loop, we’ll pull it.” Official release slated by year-end and it's a make-or-break deadline.
Team & Transparency:
The Igloo has grown to ~110 people. Public-facing roles (community team, key execs) handle outreach. The rest focus on product. Luca: “We don’t force profiles to tweet, only those who enjoy it.” Give @PudgyPartners a follow.
