Arbitrum faces an interesting challenge: scaling Ethereum is only part of the equation. The bigger question is whether lower transaction costs translate into sustainable economic activity. DeFi liquidity, application retention, and recurring user demand matter more than temporary incentive-driven growth. Ecosystem expansion is encouraging, but value capture remains an important consideration for ARB.
