Chainlink just launched Fulcrum, a cross-chain collateral and financing platform connecting banks, asset managers and sovereign wealth funds to onchain markets, with 24/7 collateral mobilization and intraday financing.
If adoption follows, it could pull more traditional finance workflows onchain. But a launch is not usage, so watch which institutions actually go live.
