I've always thought that for ordinary people, just holding spot is enough; buying BTC spot long-term will definitely be profitable.
For contracts, just play with money you can afford to lose—that's why I haven't quit since 2017 despite losses.
Alright, I finally understand why this old retail trader of mine hasn't gotten rich.
