$VELO SPIKED TO 0.004534 THEN GOT SLAPPED BACK DOWN. I watched sellers hit that wick, price now resting at 0.004476, still +0.74% today. Ninety days of gains, +33.21%, and buyers still can't hold new highs easily. That tells me strength doesn't mean control. Next test: 0.004301 or another breakout attempt?
