FLock.io是搭建在Base（以太坊L2）链上的去中心化AI基础设施项目，主打联邦学习技术。核心做去中心化AI模型训练，用户把原始数据上交中心化服务器.上传模型更新，在保护数据隐私前提下，用户可以贡献算力、数据AI模型训练，获取代币奖励。项目提供AI任务调度、模型验证，让开发者、数据提供者、算力提供者共同共建AI工具，主打“数据归用户自己所有”的DeAI叙事 。
团队具备牛津大学学术背景，拿到DCG领投的融资，获得以太坊基金会资助，学术层面拿过NeurIPS相关奖项，入选CB Insights AI100榜单，联合国开发计划署、医疗机构有试点合作，在DeAI赛道属于第一梯队的项目
全球行业位置来看，DeAI赛道两大代表：Bittensor侧重模型推理竞争；FLOCK侧重隐私联邦学习、真实场景落地，更偏向现实行业试点，医疗领域已有落地测试 。但项目尚处在早期，链上实际完成的训练任务数量不算多，生态规模距离Bittensor仍有差距；代币最大供应量10亿枚，当前流通约4.6亿枚，今晚六点上线永续合约，新币盘面波动风险较高#财报观察员：甲骨文AI云收入增121%
