欧盟委员会正式批准61亿欧元专项资金，用于乌克兰防空反导、弹药、无人机以及电子战装备采购。这笔资金允许乌克兰采购爱国者PAC‑3拦截导弹，针对美制装备设置采购豁免，可通过北约PURL协调机制完成采购，资金来源于总额900亿欧元的乌克兰支持贷款。
本次拨款落地后，2026年度面向乌克兰的283亿欧元国防支持额度已经全部分配完毕。今年欧盟已经累计拨付83.5亿欧元国防资金，后续还有更多资金将陆续到位。资金采购对象既包含欧盟本土军工企业，也开放乌克兰本土防务厂商参与供货。
从宏观视角来看，持续的地缘冲突会持续扰动全球能源与通胀预期。欧洲加大对乌防务投入，会进一步推高欧洲军工需求，同时加剧全球避险情绪。地缘紧张如果持续升级，会推升油价、抬升通胀预期，间接压制风险资产；但同时也会带动黄金等避险品种走强，对加密市场形成双向拉扯。#OKX预言家：来星球玩预测
