#BTCSpotETFOutflows Bitcoin ETFs recorded two consecutive days of net outflows, but I wouldn’t call it a full trend reversal yet 👀
US spot BTC ETFs lost roughly $167M across September 8 and 9, including about $120M on September 9, led by ARKB redemptions. Only MSBT remained positive with around $4.49M of inflows.
That cools the momentum from September 2–4, when the products attracted $1.01B. Still, the recent outflows are much smaller than the earlier inflow streak, so the more accurate description may be weakening appetite rather than broad institutional retreat.
What caught my attention is the divergence across assets. ETH ETFs added $34.75M, XRP took in $5.14M, while SOL turned slightly negative 📊
With rate-hike odds near 60%, oil above $100 and yields rising, macro pressure may be influencing flows unevenly.
The next few sessions should show whether this is temporary caution—or a wider change in demand.
