My NO thesis on $CRCL ahead of Circle's Q3: stablecoin growth alone proves nothing. The $250M USDC mint on Solana is supply, not income. What matters is whether Circle retains more per dollar after distribution costs. If circulation grows but takerate falls, the growth is vanity. Q3 will settle it.
