AMAZON: AWS DEMAND SETS A HIGH BAR
Amazon’s cloud outlook is drawing attention after management said 2026 compute capacity is sold out, most of 2027 is booked, and some 2028 capacity is already reserved. That signals strong AI infrastructure demand. The challenge is scaling fast enough to capture it without putting too much pressure on margins and free cash flow.
