Any holder can propose and submit a proposal, which will be approved by the team.
Every $LUCRUM holder can vote on current proposals, with each vote costing 10k $LUCRUM.
All $LUCRUM used for voting will be burnt straight away using our flywheel mechanism.
That means more vote = more burns, coupled with our tokengating and creator fee burns creating more demand for $LUCRUM tokens.
