I used to let the losses drag me down and the wins get to my head.
Now all I feel is a constant excitement of being around people who play to win.
Everything else—including some sleep deprivation—fades away to the love the game.

Been chatting with some friends that are either interested in starting or joining a startup and the main disconnect I see is in *really* understanding how much retardio *may* be required just to survive
I remember in the early days of @sphere_labs, not only did we not have health insurance for ~2 years, but @angeldesolana and I took an 8 hour bus in a country we had never been to and where we didn't speak the language to *hopefully* meet with a potential customer for 30 minutes — this was back when SOL had crashed to $15 and no one knew what a stablecoin was — the game plan was literally to beg if they didn't let us in 🤣
Each attempt to create something new necessarily has a lot of retardio to solve cold start, and that's the fun part kek
