Below are some offers I found interesting or funny, and as always NFA
Fireblocks equity available for ~50% discount to their last round in 2022 despite making significant progress towards becoming one of the top custodial solutions in the space
Would likely bid
SEI listed at ~50% discount to current FDV (~$2.8B) after today's pump, potentially could be utilized for a long vesting token & short perp strategy (similar to what @neutrl_labs is doing)
Another SEI seller with asking FDV above current FDV despite vesting, they're NGMI
Several stale LAYER sell offers, they must've not checked the chart since the massive nuke in May
Some MOVE sellers too and the $625M FDV one is potentially the only viable one to put on the similar trade as SEI described above but only tiny size available
On bid side, there is potential alpha as investors show their hand for what they're interested in
As expected, discounts to current FDV are quite large with over 50% on APTOS, SEI, ZRO & KMNO
I suspect there are a lot more OTC bids not visible, will keep an eye periodically
