Message-passing bridge 💬
• Lock & Mint (Wrapped Assets): Lock token on Chain A → Mint wrapped token on Chain B. When withdrawing, burn the wrapped tokens → Unlock the originals.
• Burn & Mint: Burn token on Chain A → Mint new token on Chain B. No need to lock the original tokens, but still relies on off-chain message verification.
Liquidity-based bridge💧

Third-party actors called solvers compete to fulfill this intent by fronting the funds on the destination chain. Users send an asset into the pool on the source chain, and receive the desired asset from the pool on the destination chain with the help of the protocol operator. Liquidity providers (LPs) supply the tokens and earn fees.
