To maintain market fairness and mitigate potential risks, OKX risk and product teams have conducted a comprehensive assessment and decided to proceed with the delisting of the contracts. The detailed delisting plan is as follows:

Perpetual futures

Delisting time

DUCKUSDT

September 19, 2025, 16:00 pm UTC

Considering that the market may fluctuate sharply before delisting, please manage your risk by reducing effective leverage or closing positions in advance.

If there are any significant price deviations prior to delisting, OKX may adjust the limit price rules based on market conditions.

No delivery fees or additional settlement costs will be incurred when delisitng.

The funding rate at the time of delisting will be set to 0. As a result, funding fees for that period will not be charged or recorded in users’ billing history.

At the time of delisting, all trading for the contract will be suspended, all open orders will be canceled, and user positions will be settled at the arithmetic average of the OKX index over the 1-hour period prior to delisting. If any abnormal index movements or manipulation are observed during that hour, OKX may adjust the final delivery price to a reasonable level based on actual market conditions.

Within the first 30 minutes after delisting, users holding positions in the contract with a notional value greater than 10,000 USDT will be temporarily restricted from transferring assets out of their trading accounts. Asset transfers will automatically resume after 30 minutes.

Order history and billing records for the delisted perpetual contract will remain available after delisting. If you wish to keep a backup, please export your records in time via the report center on the OKX website.
