How do I request for my OKX card?
The OKX Card is a virtual Mastercard that lets you spend your digital dollars instantly and securely with zero IOF, anywhere Mastercard is accepted. Learn how to request your card, top up with USDG via PIX, and start spending with ease.
Getting started
1. Download the OKX app and create your account
Go to the App Store or Google Play and download the OKX app
Tap Sign up and register with your email or mobile number
Create a strong password and confirm
Enter the verification code sent by email/instant messaging

2. Complete identity verification
To access the Pay feature and the OKX Card, you’ll need to complete identity verification:
Open the app and go to Profile > Verification
Select Brazil as your country of residence
Upload one of the accepted ID documents:
CNH (Brazilian Driver’s License – digital version accepted)
Passport
Complete the facial recognition scan
Provide additional details such as CPF, date of birth, and residential address
Verification usually takes a few minutes but may take up to 24 hours in some cases. You’ll receive a notification once approved.

3. Set up your Pay feature
Once identity verification is complete, you’ll need to activate the Pay feature to enable your card.
Head to the Pay homepage by selecting the Pay mode in the dropdown from the main menu of the app
From the Pay homepage, select Set up Pay
Follow the prompts to enable your Pay wallet
Confirm and accept the terms
Select Set up Pay once you're on the Pay page
4. Request for your OKX Card
After Pay is set up:
Go to the Card landing page within the Pay page
Select Get card
Approve token authorization
Confirm issuance
Your virtual OKX Card will be generated instantly and ready in the app.

5. Fund your card with PIX
To spend, you need USDG, USDT or USDC in your Pay balance:
From the Pay page, select Add funds > Buy stablecoins with PIX
Enter the amount in BRL that you want to convert and select either USDG, USDT or USDC
Select Preview. If everything looks good, click next
Scan the QR code or copy the PIX key to pay from your bank
Select the I've paid option once you complete the bank transfer
Once confirmed, your BRL will be credited in your Pay wallet

6. Start spending with your OKX Card
Use your OKX virtual card details (such as card number, expiry, CVV code) that are available in the app for any online purchases
Add your card to Google Wallet or Apple Pay for seamless tap-to-pay experiences on your phone or smartwatch
