Information about entities running regional campaigns:

1. The Trade to Win campaign is governed by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") and is, depending on the specific user, offered by the OKX entity on which you are onboared as a customer under the OKX Terms of Service (“OKX”, “we”, “our”, “us” or “Platform”).

2. Users from the following countries or regions are serviced by their service provider set out below and should refer to the specific Terms of Service that applies to them, if any.

1. 1. OKX Australia Pty Ltd and OKX Australia Financial Pty Ltd, Australian registered companies ("OKX Australia"), for Users who are residents of Australia. The Terms of Service for such users can be found here. OKX Australia will make this campaign available to residents of Australia.
   2. OKX Middle East Fintech FZE, a UAE limited liability company (“OKX Dubai”), for Users who are residents of the UAE. The Terms of Service for such users can be found here. OKX Dubai will make the campaign available to residents of the UAE.
   3. OKX Serviços Digitais Ltda., a Brazil limited liability company (“OKX Brazil”), for Users who are residents of Brazil and who registered on or after June 15, 2,023 and migrated Brazilian users who registered before June 15, 2,023. OKX Brazil will make the campaign available to residents of Brazil.
   4. OKX SG Pte. Ltd., a Singapore limited liability company (“OKX Singapore”), for Users who are residents of Singapore and who registered on or after October 13, 2,023. OKX Singapore will make the campaign available to residents of Singapore.
   5. Aux Cayes FinTech Co. Ltd., a Seychelles registered company (“Aux Cayes”), for all other Users eligible to access and use OKX’s Services. Aux Cayes will make the campaign available to jurisdictions that are not covered by the entities listed above. Moreover, users from certain countries or regions (subject to verification information) may not be eligible to participate in this campaign: please refer to clause 2.2 of OKX's Terms of Service.

3. The campaign will run from 5 May, 2025 17:00 (UTC) - 15 Jun, 2025 23:59 (UTC) (the "Campaign Period").

4. Regardless of the entity running the campaign, users from certain countries or regions (subject to verification information) may not be eligible to participate in this campaign: please refer to clause 2.2 of OKX's Terms of Service.

5. You must click the "Join Now" button and and make sure the button is changed to "Joined" to be considered a valid participant of the event. Otherwise, your participation will be void.

a. Please note: only the "Join Now" button will change and become unclickable. All other buttons will remain the same regardless of your tasks completion status.

6. In order to participate and be eligible to receive the rewards, winners must pass or have previously passed OKX's advanced identity verification. Check your status <here>.

8. To qualify for rewards, eligible users need to trade at least 100+ USDT (or equivalent value) during the Campaign Period.

9. Rewards and attempts data is updated hourly. If your claims are not updated immediately, please check back later on the activity page. You can also contact Support if your rewards don't update after a few hours.

10. Eligible trading volume is calculated based on trading volume generated strictly from the eligible user’s own funds, excluding the use of platform rewards such as a rebate carda or contract vouchers.

11. Trading volume from other platform benefits, including, but not limited to, USDC fee waiver trades, will not be counted for this activity.

12. Trading volume includes Spot trading volume (where available) during the Campaign Period.

Reward description:

13. Rewards are first come, first served, while supplies last. OKX reserves the right to increase the prize pool and/or add additional rewards at its sole discretion.

14. The maximum prize pool amount for the Campaign is the value of the McLaren VIP experience. Rewards will be distributed in the form of McLaren merchandise and TradingView subscriptions. If the total user rewards hit the maximum prize pool before the Campaign end date, the Campaign will end early and the final rewards will be calculated based on the user's Campaign-related data.

15. The top 30 Eligible Users with the highest volume of trades of USDT 100 or more (or equivalent value in another currency) receive the following rewards -

16. Rewards will be distributed within 30 calendar days after the user has successfully qualified for the reward. The platform has the right to postpone the issuance of rewards for any reason it deems necessary in its discretion.

17. OKX reserves the right to disqualify any participants who engage in dishonest or abusive activities during the event, including bulk-account registrations to farm additional bonuses and any other activities in connection with unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.

18. By default, users who enter the campaign page and participate in this campaign are deemed to have read and understood the Terms and Conditions of this campaign.

19. This campaign does not constitute and shall not be considered to be

a. investment advice or an investment recommendation;

b. an offer or solicitation, buy or sell crypto/digital assets; or

20. Please note that the value of prizes may fluctuate. Due to such price fluctuations, the value of your prize may increase or decrease in value at any given moment. OKX is not responsible for fluctuations in the value of prizes due to market fluctuations. All applicable taxes, costs, and additional expenses associated with the acceptance and use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the campaign prize recipient.

21. Any and all applicable taxes and all fees and additional expenses, including connection, installation, and/or service costs, related to acceptance and use of the reward are the sole responsibility of the individual reward recipient.

22. During the Campaign Period, OKX will closely track the behaviour of traders to avoid any form of cheating or abnormal behaviour, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts, using other people's accounts, using other people's information to register accounts, false KYC information, maliciously increasing trading data, engaging in laundering trades or wash trades, violating the terms and conditions of the campaign, violating local regulatory rules for transaction and any other campaigns related to illegal, fraudulent or harmful purposes. If any of the above acts are deemed to be discovered by OKX, OKX reserves the right to disqualify the user from the prize.

23. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, OKX reserves the right to exclude any participant from participating in this campaign without notice.
