Term and conditions:

1. This campaign shall be available from 28 August 2023 to 10 September 2023 (both dates inclusive).
2. Only users who are (a) identified as "takers" in OKX P2P; and (b) OKX main accounts, are eligible to participate in this Campaign ("Participants"). OKX sub-accounts are not eligible to participate in this Campaign. Notwithstanding the foregoing, OKX reserves the right to exclude any user from participating in this Campaign without notice to such user.

• The taker is the user who buys or sells coins by placing an order through existing advertisements on the P2P platform.

3. To participate in this Campaign, Participants shall place an order of at least 50 USDT (or equivalent) in value on OKX P2P during the Period ("Eligible Trade"). Notwithstanding the foregoing, any trade that is participating in any other campaign or promotion or utilizing any other platform rewards or benefits, including but not limited to trades using rebate cards, contract experience vouchers, USDC fee waivers, shall not be considered an Eligible Trade.
4. To determine the eligibility of any non-USDT trade, such trade will be valued in USDT according to the fiat-to-USDT or token-to-USDT conversion rate at OKX's discretion at the time the trade is executed.
5. The aggregate reward for all Participants will be capped at a total of 1,000 USDT ("Prize Pool"). The Prize Pool shall be distributed to a maximum of 50 Participants, who shall be determined in OKX's absolute discretion ("Winners").
6. Rewards shall be distributed to the Winners within 14 business days after the Campaign ends and may be distributed in the form of a voucher or such other form as OKX may determine in its absolute discretion.
7. OKX reserves the right to cancel the eligibility of any participant who engages in dishonest or abusive behaviour in this activity, including but not limited to registering multiple accounts to obtain additional rewards, engaging in laundering trades or wash trades, violating the terms and conditions of the Campaign, violating local regulatory rules for transaction and any other activities related to illegal, fraudulent or harmful purposes. Serious cheating may result in your OKX membership status being downgraded, account frozen or termination of membership.
8. OKX expressly disclaims any and all responsibility and liability for any technical, pictorial, typographical, editorial or other error or omission in this Campaign or the Campaign Terms.
9. By using or accessing the Site, Platform, Services, a user agrees to be bound by the OKX Terms of Service and OKX Privacy Policy ("Site Terms"). Unless otherwise defined herein, all capitalised terms used shall have the same meanings ascribed to them in the Site Terms.
