Terms and Conditions

1. This promotion shall commence on December 13, 2023, 12:00 (UTC+5) - December 26, 2023, 23:59 (UTC+5)
2. This promotion is applicable to all P2P traders (Merchants and lite users) who trade PKR on OKX P2P and have completed identity verification.
3. The local currencies eligible for this promotion is PKR.
4. This campaign is open to both non OKX and verified OKX users across Pakistan.
5. To participate in this promotion, users must complete identity verification and refer users that buy at least 30 USDT on the P2P marketplace in PKR currency between December 13, 2023, 12:00 (UTC+5) - December 26, 2023, 23.59 (UTC+5).
6. To participate in this promotion, users must click "Join now" on the landing page and complete all the relevant requirements. Users who fail to meet all the requirements will not be eligible to receive the rewards.
7. By default, users who enter the campaign page and participate in this campaign have read and understood the Terms and Conditions of this campaign.
8. Participation in this campaign is restricted to the main account only. Sub-accounts are not eligible to participate. The earnings of sub-accounts will not be included in the calculation of the earnings of the main account.
9. 1,000 winners to be selected on a first come, first served basis.
10. In order to exclude malicious behavior or abuse of the terms by promo participants, OKX team has the right to request additional supporting materials from the participants proving P2P transactions
11. If any participant is found or deemed to be ineligible, prohibited or disqualified for this activity for any reason, OKX reserves the right to confiscate, withdraw or withhold any prizes, rewards or gifts at any time, or to recover such rewards and/or deduct the value of the used portion of such rewards from the winner's OKX account in any currency in which the rewards have been paid and/or used.
12. OKX reserves the right to cancel the eligibility of any participant who engages in dishonest or abusive behaviour in this activity, including but not limited to registering multiple accounts to obtain additional rewards, engaging in laundering trades, and any other activities related to illegal, fraudulent or harmful purposes. Serious cheating may result in your OKX membership status being downgraded, account frozen or termination of membership.
13. Each user can only participate in one new-user campaign at any one time. New-user activities are limited to those who have not traded on the platform before registering. If a user participates in multiple activities, only the last campaign registered will be rewarded.
14. OKX has the discretion to convert any rewards into platform vouchers or USDT of equivalent value or less value. This may happen in cases where platform restrictions in certain jurisdictions cause participants to be ineligible for certain campaign rewards, where OKX is unable to procure the prizes for the participants, or in any case that OKX deems in its full discretion that it is necessary for the rewards to be converted
15. During the campaign period, OKX will closely track the behaviour of traders to avoid any form of cheating or abnormal behaviour, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts, using other people's accounts, using other people's information to register accounts, false KYC information, maliciously increasing trading data, engaging in laundering trades or wash trades, violating the terms and conditions of the campaign, violating local regulatory rules for transaction and any other activities related to illegal, fraudulent or harmful purposes. If any of the above acts are deemed to be discovered by OKX, OKX reserves the right to disqualify the user from the prize.
16. OKX reserves the right to interpret the terms and conditions of this promotion in a manner it deems appropriate, and reserves the right to change or modify these terms and conditions at any time.
17. In case of any disputes, OKX reserves the right to final interpretations of all activities in this promotion.
18. Where any discrepancy arises between the translated versions and the original English version, the English version shall prevail.
