1. OKX x ScrapHouse Madrid campaign will start from 4th July 2025 00:00 GMT+2 to 10th July 2025 23:59 GMT+2 (the "Campaign Period").

Reward Distribution: The 3rd, 5th, 9th, 12th, 22nd, 32nd, 42nd, 52nd, 62nd, 72nd, 82nd, 92nd, 98th, 99th, and 100th person who submitted the form and deemed eligible based on the above requirements will win 1 x ScrapHouse Madrid VIP ticket for the Event happening on 12th July 2025. If the number of eligible users does not reach this number, then OKX will distribute the prize on a first-come, first-served basis to the eligible participant numbered as close to these numbers as possible (example, if there are 99 eligible participants and not 100, OKX will reward the prize to the 99th). In the event that VIP tickets are awarded, OKX shall cover the cost of the VIP tickets only. All travel, accommodation, and any additional expenses incurred are the sole responsibility of the winner.

10. Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute arising under this Campaign, OKX reserves the right to make the final decision. Disputes will be handled in accordance with the laws of Spain. Participants agree to resolve disputes through amicable negotiations or, if necessary, through arbitration as determined by OKX.
